We’re Mijung and Samuel—a wife-and-husband team who know what it’s like to juggle real life while chasing real wellness. One of us spent years flying internationally as a flight attendant, balancing skincare, stress, and sleep across time zones. The other was a nonstop product developer, working with global food and wellness brands—until a life-changing spinal injury forced everything to stop.
Over the course of 17 surgeries and procedures, we learned the hard way that healing isn’t just about medical care. It’s about building a lifestyle that supports your body every single day—through nutrition, movement, rest, and recovery habits that actually work.
We didn’t always prioritize health. Like many, we thought we could get by. Then life changed.
After Samuel suffered a traumatic spinal injury that took years to recover from, we realized health couldn’t wait. At first, he didn’t know how to cope with the pain and stress of recovery. He had to relearn many fundamentals of life — including how to walk. Since then, we’ve centered our lives around wellness not as a trend, but as a survival and success strategy.
There are ups and downs in the cycle of life, but we’re making positive progress every day — step by step, consistently.
Before the injury, Samuel was always on the go—flying for work, building health products, eating well, and feeling strong. But everything changed in an instant.
Suddenly, we weren’t looking for optimization. We were fighting for function—how to get out of bed, how to walk again, how to sleep through the night without pain. In those hard years, we had to figure out what truly helps: not gimmicks, not trends, but real routines that support your body and mind.
That experience shaped everything we do today.
Mijung brought her decades of flying experience, skincare tips, and global wellness rituals to our healing process—along with a deep love for Korean beauty, simplicity, and grace. She tested every mask, mist, and method through red-eye flights and dry cabin air.
Samuel brought a science-backed mindset, applying what he knew from food innovation and wellness brands to functional nutrients, sleep tools, and gut support.
